Additional Information:

– ADDITIONAL HOURS CAN BE ADDED FOR $300 (PER AVAILABILITY)
– ALL EVENTS MUST END BY 11 PM
Friday & Saturday
10 hour venue rental: $4,200
Sunday – Thursday
8 hour venue rental: $3,750
CATERING: ALL CATERERS MUST BE LICENSED AND INSURED IN ORDER TO SERVE AT OUR VENUE + HAVE ONSITE STAFF UNTIL THE END OF YOUR FOOD SERVICE, UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY AEC PERSONNEL.
ALCOHOL: ANCHORA EVENT CENTER HAS A PARTNERSHIP WITH LONE STAR MIXOLOGY LLC AND OLD VINE TEXAS FOR WINE, BARTENDING, AND MIXED DRINK SERVICES. OUTSIDE BARTENDING SERVICES MAY BE APPROVED ONLY BY AEC PERSONNEL.
